Working hours

  • full-time | Temporary

Responsibility

  • responsible for domestic shipping to UK & Ireland
  • receiving Post and processing into appropriate workflow
  • keeping tracking log up to date while shipping ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • posting invoice batches at end of day
  • scanning and filing of processed orders
  • assisting other team members when requested
  • scanning foam boxes/cast
  • assist with customer service queries via email or telephone and delegating tasks appropriately to the different departments

Requirements

  • at least 1-2 years Office Administration experience
  • reliable and professional
  • confident and approachable telephone manner
  • good communication skills and administrative skills
  • ability to work as a team and independently
  • strong organizational skills and attention
  • be able to adapt with flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
