  • become our customers champion, ensuring that each OGM department meets their needs
  • work closely with the Sales team to achieve sales budgets
  • handle day to day commercial issues
  • monitor and feedback on customer demand changes
  • build and maintain strong personal relationships with customers and facilitate strong relationships across our business. Working on and off site at customer premises as required
