- maintain operations for the smooth running of tours and events
- manage the scheduling, training and recruitment of guides, ticket sellers, and promoters for our tours and events
- sales and Marketing including social media management
- responsible for invoices and inputting numbers into our P&Ls
- ensuring SOPs are maintained by the team
- responsible for Key events
- develop business opportunities by building close relationships with venues, university organisations, hostels, language schools and retailers whilst maintaining existing relationships
