Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- proven experience as the most senior Engineer within an IT company
- track record of playing a key part in a Engineering Department evolution, being involved in strategic decisions around growth
- knowledge of technological trends to build the company's strategy
- strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- comfortable with high-level strategic planning as well as tactical daily execution
- ability to conduct technical analysis and research
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
