Requirements

  • work with our current systems and processes to assist in generating payrolls for multiple clients
  • deal with external queries relating to payroll
  • liaise with other members of the team, our clients and their staff in a professional manner
  • contribute to the improvement of our current processes and implement improvements to our internal controls
  • manage pension schemes, statutory payments, deductions and credits
  • general admin duties as and when required
  • payroll: 1 year
  • log and take ownership of payroll queries ensuring a resolution within our agreed SLA. This can include liaison with various departments as well as external parties
