Responsibility
- raising the profile of OD Group, OD Interiors and OD Create
- implementing agreed campaigns, measuring the impact and adapting future campaigns based on learnings
- overseeing and developing marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Group team
- maintaining and updating the company’s website
- defining the annual marketing plan with the Head of People and Workplace and implementing it, including the managing the budget and tracking of expenditure
- coordinating the production of all marketing collateral, including printed documents, advertising, media, website content, and social media accounts
- copywriting and proofreading of website, printed and digital content
- being a ‘Business Partner’ by working with the Sales Director and Projects Directors to assess the wants and needs of existing and potential clients
Requirements
- experience in a similar role within B2B, fit-out or construction industry preferred but not essential
- A team player who takes accountability and seeks continuous improvement
- proven copy-writing skills across both printed and digital media
- proficient use of Adobe InDesign
- attention to detail; a process-driven approach with good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- A confident, knowledgeable, and articulate personality, able to work effectively with others
