Responsibility

• build and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety guidelines and project specifications
• safely use scaffolding equipment and tools
• erect scaffolding systems using hand tools and power tools

• ensure scaffolding is plumb, level, and secure
• perform scaffolding tasks with minimal supervision
• inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and replace as necessary
• be aware of one's surroundings and communicate with others appropriately
• collaborate with team members to plan and execute scaffold installations
• we are looking for a Part 2 scaffolder, driving licence is essential as there are 3.5t trucks to drive to various jobs
• safely lift and transport materials using scaffolding equipment and tools
• follow blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions to determine scaffold layout and design
• must be able to erect scaffolding without supervision and be able to work along side a labourer
• perform scaffolding tasks without hurting oneself or others
• there is an attendance bonus, for scaffolders who work 5 days a week mon-fri will get extra £30 per week on their wages
• adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times

Requirements

• previous experience as a Scaffold Builder or in a similar role preferred
• proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• knowledge of electrical, welding, fabrication, roofing, masonry, painting, and carpentry techniques

• strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
• excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
