Responsibility

  • ensuring all IT support calls and emails are dealt with in a timely, professional and efficient manner
  • ensuring that all IT support calls, emails and tickets are recorded accurately within the CRM/PSA system
  • ensuring that, where appropriate, all calls are escalated through agreed channels
  • carrying out support for client users with day-to-day IT issues
  • active Directory administration
  • windows Server support and maintenance
  • windows Desktop administration
  • carrying out user administration and set up

Requirements

  • microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Exchange Administration skills
  • microsoft Office administration
  • knowledge of supporting/working with Windows operating systems
  • ability to solve problems under pressure, prioritising effectively
  • capacity to manage and work on multiple tasks at hand concurrently
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent attention to detail
  • IT support: 3 years
