OCTAVIA HOUSE is looking for employees for positions:
- support end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to selection, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- build strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners
- maintain accurate data and workflows within the ATS
- ensure full compliance with safer recruitment, employment law, GDPR, RTW, DBS and reference requirements
- coordinate onboarding processes, including welcome packs, IT setup and access requirements
- work with schools and Head Office to deliver smooth, well-organised starts for new colleagues
- support induction activities, including Welcome Days and Training Week logistics
- assist with SCR accuracy and ensure all documentation is inspection-ready
