Responsibility
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, providing menus and explaining daily specials, promotions, and any dietary considerations
- take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring attention to specific requests or dietary restrictions
- deliver orders promptly and accurately to the appropriate tables, ensuring presentation and quality meet our standards
- ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience, checking back regularly to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
- provide recommendations on menu items, including drinks and desserts, and answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens

- process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit card transactions
Requirements
- previous experience as a waiter/waitress or wait staff in a busy restaurant setting is preferred
- excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- basic math skills for accurate order taking, billing, and cash handling
- knowledge of food and beverage menus, including Caribbean cuisine, is a plus
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
