- provide a safe environment for young people in our care
- we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Residential Support Worker to be a part of our friendly, passionate and caring team, offering a comprehensive residential service to a maximum of 4 young people
- assist young people to recognise behaviours and vulnerabilities and to develop strategies to manage, change and bring about positive outcomes
- your Role as a Senior Residential Support worker for Octagon Care is to ensure our Children and Young People are cared for to a high standard and progress to achieve their maximum potential
- liaise and work effectively with colleagues , outside agencies and young peoples families
- be punctual and record accurate shift start and finish times using systems that are currently in place to capture this
