- project Management of the implementation of OCLC products
- training customers in the use and implementation of OCLC products both in person and online
- reviewing and advising on system configuration for customers to ensure workflows are optimised
- development and revision of training materials and systems/implementation documentation, working with colleagues globally
- estimation, monitoring and reporting to management of delivery costs and timescales
- provision of third-level support to assist Support Desk operations
- assistance with Sales tenders and demonstrations as required
- customer liaison
