  • dealing with these calls which involves taking lots of information from the Client and collating this onto a document
  • processing the information onto the case management system
  • dealing with the initial call for files referred in from other teams in the same manner as above
  • managing call backs for these Clients
  • updating the new claims spreadsheet
  • this is a role which is integral to the Claimant Complex Claims team and is a great opportunity to join a developing team with excellent career progression. Full training will be provided. Your main duties will include
