  • the role is fast paced but requires attention to detail as you will be dealing with multiple cases with different scenarios

Responsibility

  • running a case load on the OIC Portal
  • drafting letters to clients and relevant parties
  • you will be responsible for the running cases from liability response to completion
  • liaising with clients to obtain and relay information/updates
  • liaise with Insurers, other Third Parties and their representatives
  • ensuring case load is managed effectively and efficiently at all times and adhering to the SLA’s in place
  • previous experience in a similar role or relevant area is preferred, however training will be provided
  • the role will include managing a case load of RTA claims, liaising with the client, arranging medical examinations, obtaining evidence from clients, third parties and police etc
