Responsibility

  • JOIN THE TEAM of an Oswestry-based MSP looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join their growing
  • business
  • providing a first point of contact for customers through their helpdesk via phone, email, or ticket
  • delight Clients with a Friendly, Quick and Helpful Experience
  • provide the Client with basic remote troubleshooting
  • use the Ticketing System to work on and resolve Helpdesk Tickets & Service Requests
  • managing and recording all work through the Ticketing System
  • the role is office based in SY11 with some on-site installation required around the local area, and the number one goal of everyone in the team is to offer the best service, and support their clients needs

Requirements

  • A love of Solve Problems & Challenges
  • minimum Of 1 Year IT Experience
  • great Communications skills
  • an understanding of support tools techniques and how technology is used to provide services
  • good understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems
  • A deep desire to deliver an amazing Client Experience
  • knowledge of IT Applications, Software & Hardware
