  • this role is perfect for someone who is ambitious and used to hitting targets
  • operate as the lead point of contact for and all matters specific to your accounts
  • develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and clients
  • ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • this role will focus on delivering sponsorship and exhibition sales across four main areas; Housing, HOMES UK, Unlock Net Zero Live and Unlock Net Zero portal
  • be a real team player supporting colleagues across all accounts, where necessary
  • they will develop key accounts and be considered an advisor to them, fully understanding their wider business needs and helping them invest their budget across the portfolio, guaranteeing success
  • support the event manager to develop the portfolio and all key accounts on a continual basis

Requirements

  • the candidate will have at least 2 years senior sales experience within media or event sales
  • they will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the sales cycle, pipeline development and budget management
  • they will have an understanding around the housing market, however full portfolio training will be offered
  • researching event beforehand to assess number of potential leads/targets
  • conducting minimum of 10 face-to-face meetings per day at competitor events
  • compiling report of attendance, results of visit and projected return
