ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A working knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices which can be evidenced through prior work experience of 1 year or more

Responsibility
there will also be administrative duties, which involve the administration of the businesses eLearning products and services
use various instructional strategies, such as case studies, simulations, scenarios, and multimedia, to enhance the learning experience
the role will be delivered under the guidance of the businesses eLearning Lead and management
training will be provided to aid the successful candidate in this area
ensure all content developed aligns with relevant legal requirements, compliance standards, and guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies
as a Health and Safety Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in helping to develop and deliver high-quality content related to health and safety practices, regulations, and guidelines
work closely with the design and development teams to incorporate visual elements and interactive features into the content
your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and informative eLearning course content that educates and helps promote a culture of safety in workplaces. No prior development experience is required as full training will be provided
