Responsibility
- to lead on all aspects of CQC compliance
- to generate new leads locally and nationally to utilise available capacity
- to create capacity to admit service users
- to work with Local Authorities to obtain Approved Provider status
- the Registered manager will be the main contact for placing authorities and associated professionals/family members
- efficiently manage the day to day running of the service
- allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality homecare to service users
- contribute to marketing and advertising of the service
Requirements
- skills in assessment and care planning
- NVQ level 5 in health and social care or enrolled on, or be a registered nurse/social worker or a Registered Manager with previous experience of registering with the CQC
- care: 5 years
- ability to write comprehensive, clear, concise and accurate records and reports for senior management
