Responsibility

  • objekt is looking for a Finance Manager with project / production experience to join our team
  • the role will be a 4-day-per-week hybrid role with at least two days in our London office
  • ensure credit card log is maintained by the production/project team and that spending is accurately recorded in the project/production budget
  • run weekly bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation processes
  • ensure external production/project costs and project/production revenues are recorded in Xero on a weekly basis
  • in this hybrid role, you will work with production teams to ensure accurate project/production accounting, and prepare management accounts for the senior management team
  • ensure supplier overheads are recorded in Xero on a weekly basis
  • ensure platform revenues are accrued at month end and actualised on receipt of invoice
