Requirements

  • recording and allocating receipts and payments and completing bank reconciliations on a daily basis
  • processing purchase orders, purchase invoices, supplier payments and reconciling supplier statements
  • experience with SAGE Accounts or similar software
  • ensuring that invoices are posted to the correct nominal ledger codes
  • credit control and aged debt analysis
  • excellent communication skills, able to develop good relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
  • intercompany transactions
  • able to work on own initiative and prioritise work
