Requirements

  • A proven track record of experience in high quality interior design/interior architecture
  • an excellent understanding of construction and manufacturing of projects
  • experience in running projects will be an advantage
  • ability to create and develop design concepts in conjunction with the architectural team and as stand alone projects
  • ability to work in a consultancy environment with a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • experience of FF&E selection, budgeting, scheduling and procurement
  • effective time management, resourcing and managing the project team
  • experience in producing creative content, drawings, models, images, material and mood boards and other documents relating to the design
