Contract type
- manage the project in line with the contract, including any amendments
- fully understand the Employers Requirements, Contractors Proposals and contract sum analysis including preliminaries budget
- attend sub-contractor pre-let meetings, contribute to production of sub-contract orders, ensuring site management are aware of the scope and content
- maintain and report information to the OM and QS as requested, including contractual notices and other correspondence with the client and subcontractors
- ensure the client, OM and QS are kept appraised of variations to the works and any matter likely to have commercial or contractual implications

Responsibility
- ensure relevant certification is produced or obtained as necessary for each stage of the works
- ensure Preparation and implementation of the Project SHEQ Plan, ensure this is in place prior to works commencing and update regularly as required
- produce weekly / monthly progress reports as appropriate
- manage the design, procurement, and site activity in line with the programme, monitor progress and update accordingly
- organise, chair and minute regular meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, designers and Eden Fabrications staff as detailed within the Project SHEQ Plan
