  • manage the fulfilment of wholesale orders
  • overseeing stock controls, ordering and fostering a good relationship with suppliers
  • ensure that all products adhere to food safety standards and regulations
  • handle customer queries, feedback, and suggestions with utmost professionalism
  • stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • minimum of 1 years' experience in a managerial/assistant managerial role, preferably in food manufacturing
  • experience with social media
  • adept at team management and leadership
  • strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for artisanal products and an appreciation for the nuances of porridge and granola craftsmanship
