- overseeing stock controls, ordering and fostering a good relationship with suppliers
- ensure that all products adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- handle customer queries, feedback, and suggestions with utmost professionalism
- stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices
Requirements
- minimum of 1 years' experience in a managerial/assistant managerial role, preferably in food manufacturing
- experience with social media
- adept at team management and leadership
- strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for artisanal products and an appreciation for the nuances of porridge and granola craftsmanship
- management/Assistant Management: 1 year
