Responsibility

  • design and develop a bespoke mentoring programme
  • become trained as an NVR practitioner to deliver training and share the programme
  • work with schools to identify students at risk of exclusion and liaise with young people and their parents/carers
  • be involved in the recruitment and training of volunteers as Trusted Adults on the programme
  • oasis, a national charity supporting community empowerment, youth and children’s work and Academies, has an opportunity for a Programme and Liaison Manager in our new 360 programme
  • based in Croydon to begin with, the purpose of 360 is to provide a holistic, 360° approach to pastoral care that aims to support all young people to remain in mainstream education, with a focus on those with increased unmet needs
  • the 360 programme is training volunteers as Trusted Adults to play an active role in supporting the lives of the young people who need it most
