  • responding to any customer enquiries, providing satisfactory responses and ensuring communication lines between clients, engineers and management
  • raising and sending quotes and invoices
  • job Title: Property Manager /Customer Service Administrator
  • responding to telephone and E mail requests for any/all of Oakwood-PS Ltd Services, raising job orders and co-ordinating effective scheduling of resources in conjunction with field project engineers
  • booking appointments with customers and managing the diary

Requirements

  • previous experience in customer service or a related field essential
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • experience within the property industry benefitial
  • administration: 3 years

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
