- we have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our friendly, supportive team at our Fordingbridge care home
- oakRay Care is a family run business on the Isle of Wight and the New Forest, specialising in the provision of residential care for the elderly
- our most important asset is our staff, so we always look for individuals who want to make an impact and positive difference on those around them
- glynn Court Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 31 people over the age of 65, some of whom are living with dementia or physical health needs, and has a CQC rating of Good
- as a Deputy Manager, your role will be to support the home in all aspects of management, including taking complete charge during the absence of the Registered Manager
