Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a reliable and professional Security Concierge to join our team for an existing customer based in Haverhill
- perform basic reception duties, including greeting visitors and providing them with relevant information or directions
- maintain an elevated level of security awareness by monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems
- maintain a high level of security awareness by monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems
- ensure the safety and security of the premises by performing regular patrols and checks
- promptly report any security incidents, maintenance issues, or breaches to the appropriate authorities and client
- lock and unlock the site according to designated schedules and protocols
- due to continued expansion, Oakpark Security are currently seeking reliable and professional Security Concierge officers to join our team for a new customer based in Birmingham
Requirements
- proven experience in a similar security or customer service role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- strong observation and problem-solving skills to identify and respond to potential security threats
- ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating reliability and responsibility
- basic computer skills for maintaining electronic records and accessing security systems
- A valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor and PSS CCTV License is required
- A valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor License is required
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with people at all levels and often in challenging circumstances
