oakmont Services Group are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join us on a permanent basis in our 3 bedroom home for children and young people based in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire
the home offers placements to young people between the ages of 8 to 18, who have social, emotional and mental health needs
we provide high quality homes for young people, which offer an atmosphere that promotes safety, trust, fairness and privacy for its young people within an environment, which is safe and caring
oakmont Services Group places great emphasis on person centred support and finding approaches which ensure that children and young people can work towards their goals and aspirations by allowing them to develop in an environment which is tailored to their needs
being a Support Worker at Oakmont Services Group means you will work very closely with young people that may display challenging behaviour and so you will be required to develop excellent relationships driven by trust
you will also be required to support our young people on a practical basis to ensure that they are prepared for a bright and productive future
within your role as a Support Worker you will be offered first class training, excellent progression opportunities and support by an experienced staff team

inducting new staff members into the homes policies, procedures and culture
the home offers placements to young people between the ages of 8 to 19, who have social, emotional and mental health needs
ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided in relation to the young people’s physical, behavioural and emotional needs
