Responsibility
- take the lead for production management of allocated events
- know your budget, support the Head of Venue Management with all event costs and budgets
- complete AutoCAD drawings for event plans

- lead on all compliance for rigging and in particular Health and Safety legislation
- lead positive planning and relationship building with with promoters and touring technical staff in the lead up to allocated events
- manage communication across all venue teams ensuring relevant departments are aware of requirements for Event productions
- management of venue crew, riggers and production staff during fit-up and get-out
- create and manage the statutory maintenance and inspection schedule on all production equipment
- oversee any format changes between events, working closely with the facilities management team, venue crew and other contractors
- work closely with the Health and Safety Manager and Head of Facilities Management
- monitor and report on KPIs and SLA's for suppliers and contractors
- create and manage all SLAs for suppliers and contractors
- support the Senior Production Manager with the statutory maintenance and inspection schedule on all production equipment
- assist the Head of Ticketing with AutoCAD requirements, ensuring timelines and key commercial objectives are met

Requirements
- essential
- experience with drafting and adapting plans in AutoCAD
- trained in AutoCAD
