Responsibility

  • the Practice Manager is responsible for the management of the practice and the effective management of staff
  • the Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall health, safety, and well-being of the practice
  • the Practice Manager will maintain a positive and professional environment for all staff members and ensure that all staff members are working in accordance with practice policies and procedures
  • help manage the training of new staff in compliance with Oak Tree Vet Centre’s policies and procedures
  • establish and oversee regular practice staff meetings
  • ensure that all staff members are working in accordance with company policies and procedures

Education

  • experience in people management and problem solving is required preferably in a veterinary practice although this is not essential. We are looking for somebody self motivated with leadership skills
