Responsibility
- responsible for the quality and compliance of all funded and non-funded provision
- support the companies quality process to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- responsible for ensuring that the companies meets the requirements of Awarding bodies/Organisations
- work towards 'outstanding' Ofsted inspections
- meets all ESFA audit requirements
- represent the company as an Ofsted nominee
- support with maintaining the corporate risk register
- develop and maintain efficient and effective quality systems
Requirements
- strong understanding of Ofsted requirements
- experience of managing awarding body and funding requirements
- experience of coordinating quality standards approval visits
- experience leading a team
- experience working in partnerships with employers and education and training providers
