Since we have had our new caretaker in pipers court Ipswich our repairs are getting done on time I had a shower that diddnt work for a year i had to stand and wait for three minutes every time I needed a shower for the water to start again but the new caretaker Sam got it all sorted for me he got me a brand new power shower fitted in my flat in days and it is lovely works really well
