Responsibility
- set out ground works, concrete and structural steel frames
- carry out Asbuilt surveys and topo surveys
- design, create, and coordinate all site plans and renderings as required by clients, architects, engineers, etc
- coordinate with construction team to ensure that all site construction requirements are met
- we are looking for an experienced Setting Out/Site Engineer to join our busy and dynamic team to work on a wide range of projects throughout the Southern region of the UK
Requirements
- ability to read drawings and understand them
- previous experience as a Setting Out/Site Engineer is desirable
- must have full UK drivers licence and own vehicle
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; manage multiple projects at once; meet deadlines; present well; have a sense of urgency; work well with others; good problem-solving skills; ability to manage time effectively; ability to work independently or within a team environment
- strong verbal communication skills including writing skills; ability to write reports; ability to speak effectively with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, etc.; ability to present ideas verbally
