- this is a coffee shop which prides itself in the variety and originality of the cakes and lunches that are offered
- we are looking to hire a part-time or full-time Coffee Shop Manager at O For Coffee in Oakley, MK43 7RB. O For Coffee is situated inside Tudor Rose Patchwork, and the working environment is very good. We also have outside tables
- we need a person who has a good knowledge of a working kitchen with baking and cooking skills plus an understanding of ordering and rota management of a coffee shop
- the hours are dependent on the right candidate
- barista/front of house experience are not essential but would be helpful. Enjoying the contact with the customers is crucial to this role and along side this, is the need to up-sell our food
- some weekend work will be needed on a regular basis. There are two work patterns during the week - 8.30am to 4.30pm is the normal pattern but there are some days that 7am to 3pm is also available
