  • ensure that all legal documents are properly filed and stored
  • monitor tenant leases and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • provide customer service to tenants and landlords
  • conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with regulations
  • handle all property related inquiries from tenants and landlords

Requirements

  • previous experience in the property industry, ideally within property management
  • enjoy dealing with people and always look to provide the best customer service
  • highly organised and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
  • enjoy dealing with the public and working in a busy environment
  • smart in appearance and a confident manner
  • must hold a full UK driving licence
  • interview will be held via Zoom Meeting
