- summarising and tracking legislative developments from regulatory consultation papers to published legislation
- assist in the maintenance of up-to-date records within the firm's database
- maintaining and curating the Leveraged Finance Homepage – our entry point for all leveraged finance market knowledge globally
- check submissions to the eLibrary/aohub/website
- participating in and assisting with the day-to-day management of a variety of matters and projects
- assist with on a new data review project under the direction of the BAU Conflict Managers
- assist with the production of publications and podcasts for external clients
- legal research
Requirements
- ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines as and when required
- LPC/SQE nice to have but not essential
- strong academic background - legal degree or relevant experience in a legal environment
- please note a Training Contract and QWE sign off will not be offered as part of this role
- organised and methodical approach to work, with a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- previous finance paralegal experience nice to have but not essential
- strong organisational skills coupled with demonstrable database management skills are essential
- excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels
