- maintaining and curating the Leveraged Finance Homepage – our entry point for all leveraged finance market knowledge globally
- liaising with various IT development teams on the maintenance and evolution of market intelligence and legal resources
- maintaining and developing various internal tracking systems for knowledge resources including compiling periodic reports on team queries
- background research for team market intelligence briefings to be sent to the global team
- working with the team towards building and maintaining robust, searchable market intelligence resources
- maintaining and curating our global leveraged finance data platform and related docs bank including following up with team members to ensure all key documents are included in a timely manner and data is accurate
- other general administrative duties in relation to market intelligence including liaising with the PA team on training sessions to ensure they are recorded and disseminated appropriately
- helping to create and maintain policies, guidance and pro-forma documentation in connection with data protection compliance within the firm
Requirements
