Responsibility

  • no supervisory experience necessary, but at least 1 years experience in a bar or restaurant is required
  • duties will include running shifts, staff training, menu development, opening and closing up and cashing up
  • full-time hours and salary can be discussed at interview
  • due to company expansion, a rare opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join the team at NYC Bar and Grill on Hope Street
  • we are looking for someone with strong cocktail knowledge, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to organise a successful food service
  • we are an independent company, you will be working closely with the owners. We strive to provide creative freedom, which is much more achievable without having to go through corporate hoops
