Responsibility
- design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with our brand identity and business goals
- conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions
- create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- develop and maintain UI style guides to ensure consistency across products
- work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions
- optimize designs for different screen sizes and devices to ensure a responsive user experience
- incorporate user feedback and behavioral data to continuously improve and refine designs
- stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
Requirements
- experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work
- proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar
- understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability
- basic knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus
- experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- strong visual design skills, including a good sense of color, typography, and layout
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs
