accounts administrator
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- credit control of the ledgers
- maintain and ensure accuracy of the company’s sales ledger
- produce KPI reports relating to the sales ledger
- actively ensure debtor recovery is within set targets
- correspond closely with customers in respect of invoice enquiries
- ensure accuracy of invoices being submitted to customers
- review commercial invoices before they are submitted to export customers
- liaise with business managers in terms of credit lines to our customers
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will have some form of accounts accreditation or be qualified by experience
- practical experience in accounts-based roles within industry is essential
- ability to work on own initiative and effectively as part of a wider team
- high quality communication skills both verbal and written
- A high level of attention to detail
- experience working in an office environment
- ability to work to set deadlines and work well under pressure
- accounting: 3 years
