Responsibility

  • placing orders for construction materials, negotiating best prices and prompt delivery
  • keeping track of PO, deliveries and stock on sites
  • assisting as a Customer Care Coordinator
  • reconciling purchase orders to delivery notes /invoices and price checking
  • assisting in tender preparation work for new jobs
  • assisting in audits and preparation of various site policy documents
  • assisting with paperwork/certificates/O&M information
  • answering phone, emails and various ad hoc admin duties

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role
  • good with people, must have a positive attitude and willing to learn for opportunity to progress within the company
