- proven experience in providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a corporate environment
- experience of Microsoft 365, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint
- experience with Windows Server 2016, and Windows Server 2019
- experience with Endpoint Detection and Response and Extended Detection and Response solutions is highly desirable
- troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients
Responsibility
- provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end-users onsite, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively
- troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
- install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications, including Microsoft Server 2016, and Microsoft Server 2019 servers
- manage Endpoint Detection and Response and Extended Detection and Response solutions to enhance cybersecurity measures
- conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups, to ensure optimal performance and security
- collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement IT projects as required
- provide technical guidance and training to end-users to enhance their IT proficiency and minimize support requests
- maintain accurate records of support activities, including tickets, resolutions, and inventory management
