Responsibility
- to assist the production team in manufacturing our range of products, working on the production line
- to assist the fulfilment team picking and packing all daily orders with exceptional attention to detail
- follow quality control standards, ensuring goods leaving are to our high standards
- adhere to health and safety, and food safety policy and procedures
- cleaning food production and fulfilment area to a high standard
- follow a set packing and production procedures
- ensure all production, picking and packing is completed in a timely manner
- maintain a high level of organization within and around the production, picking and packing area
Requirements
- experience of working in fulfilment operations is desirable
- you will be primarily involved in the manual manufacturing of food products and packaging them to order among other tasks
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- problem solving and time management skills
- able to work in a fast-paced, cross functional environment
- sound judgment and decision-making ability
- comfortable working with different systems and juggling multiple tasks
