Requirements

  • the ideal candidate will either be a RICS qualified Surveyor, or a graduate working towards their APC
  • you will have a degree in a relevant subject and a considerable knowledge of commercial landlord and tenant law, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • whilst the role is based within the telecommunications sector, experience within this area is not a pre-requisite, but an interest and a willingness to learn and take on a challenge is an essential set of attributes
  • suitable training on the specific requirements within the sector will be provided and also APC support is on offer for the right individual
  • this is a great opportunity for a commercial surveyor looking for something that little bit different and fast paced within a niche area of commercial surveying. Office experience is highly desirable, however not essential
