Requirements
- ideally you should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical degree
- highly reliable, able to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask
- customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- capability of working independently, hands-on and have a high degree of determination
- strong communication skills, plus the ability to present ideas clearly, authoritatively and with confidence
- calm manner and ability to resolve issues and respond professionally to both internal and external customers
- data literate, analytical and process driven
