Responsibility
- preparing monthly financial reports, performing account reconciliations & maintaining the general ledger including audit trail support for all journal entries
- prepare & reconcile all bank accounts resolving any discrepancies
- production of monthly & quarterly results
- prepare & analyse account reconciliations
- research & resolve invoice discrepancies
- assisting with annual reviews/audit preparation
- analytical review & analysis of financial data & generate monthly trend reports & balance sheet reconciliations ensuring financial statement accuracy & investigating variances
- complete all HMRC filings & returns

- excellent Problem-solving skills with a strong ability to identify & resolve
- must demonstrate accuracy at all times & commitment to tasks

- ability & confidence to work unsupervised independently with a sense of urgency, working to tight schedules & managing & being across multiple projects
- construction or Project led Financial Controller / Accounts experience is highly desirable but not essential
