Responsibility
- deal Directly with Customers: Either by telephone or electronically
- respond to Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns promptly through phone, email, chat, or social media
- maintain Customer Records: Update and manage accurate customer records in the company database or CRM system
- process Orders and Transactions: Assist customers with placing orders, processing orders and updating asset records accordingly
- troubleshooting Issues: provide 1st line technical support for lines, broadband and mobile issues
- follow-Up: Ensure unresolved or escalated issues are addressed, and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction
- handle Escalations: Direct complex or unresolved issues to senior staff, technical support, or other departments
- promote Loyalty and Retention: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to foster long-term relationships
