Responsibility
- as a Recruitment Consultant at NST Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities
- partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- source, screen, and interview potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles
- coordinate and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process
- negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding processes
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
- experience in working either in a tech sales or a technical recruitment position
- proven track record of successfully placing candidates in permanent positions
- you will be within commutable to Teddington
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- effective time management and organizational abilities
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is a plus
- previous experience in agency recruitment is a must
