- as a Senior Project Manager at nShift, you will be responsible for working closely with the Sales team to ensure that projects are scoped correctly and that customers are fully prepared for project/program requirements and timelines
- your role will involve driving best practices and lessons learned within the project management discipline and aligning these practices with the rest of the organization
Requirements
- industry expertise preferred, e.g., previous experience working within Technology/Logistics B2B/SaaS
- positive and team-oriented attitude
- documented ability to build and manage teams and effectiveness of execution
- documented ability to manage budgets
- project management experience, education, or PMI certification aligned to global standards
- minimum of 5 - 6 years of Customer Facing Project management experience, and a desire to pursue a career path within project management. Proven management experience is crucial
- consultancy and customer experience preferred
