Responsibility
- the Lead Generation team’s primary function is outbound calling to generate a pipeline of sales opportunities for the sales team
- as Team Leader, you’ll have a passion for building and leading teams

- due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their growing lead gen team in Corby. You will be responsible for communicating the Company goals, motivating team members, assessing and optimising performance
- you’ll be responsible for the development, motivation, and effectiveness of the sales team - supporting them to reach exceptional levels of performance by understanding how to get the best out of people in an outbound B2B telesales environment
- you’ll be ensuring that the team are maximising call time, achieving their KPIs and providing on the spot feedback, coaching & training to help them to perform at their very best
