Responsibility
- be proactive, formulating and presenting ‘ad-hoc’ financial analysis for the Board, Senior Management and relevant stakeholders in the business
- develop robust financial modelling and reporting tools to enable accurate annual & long-term reforecasting on a rolling basis
- communicate the company’s financial performance to key stakeholders, management team, external advisors and banking community, ensuring transparency of business performance whilst proactively providing actionable insights
- leading cash and working capital management and managing the treasury requirements of the business to best effect
- partnering with the senior management team, playing a critical role in business decision-making, ensuring it is supported by robust data analysis and reporting
- maintain a clear understanding of the risks and opportunities in business performance, communicating to all business partners with succinct and relevant MI
- ensure all internal processes within finance are compliant with statutory regulations and legislation
- keeping a constant and disciplined grip on key financial levers, ensuring they are being fully optimised, and implementing a robust KPI framework to effectively measure key milestones in the business plan
