Responsibility

  • provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence for visitors, staff, and students
  • answer phone calls and handle inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff or department
  • manage attendance records and assist with student registers using iSAMS
  • assist with general office administration, including correspondence, filing, and maintaining school records
  • support the administrative team with various tasks as needed to relieve the office workload
  • provide ad-hoc administrative support for school events and activities
